Summer 2022: Evans & Page Files Amicus Curiae brief with the United States Supreme Court

In a case challenging California’s Proposition 12 (which provided more space for California livestock raised for food, and/or pork sold in California), Evans & Page filed an amicus curiae brief in support of Proposition 12 and the California voters, outlining the health and safety risks to California consumers and workers as a result of factory farming practices that do not allow animals to turn around in their enclosures.
